One Tablespoon per 8 oz of boiling water.  Steep 3-5 minutes.
 
This is the only caffeinated tea offered.  Fresh Camellia leaves are harvested at peak flavor and dried to perfection.  One fan of this tea said, "it tastes like a polite green tea."  The longer the steep, the more caffeine effect.
